  • Iconic Construction: The development features three distinct towers, including a 77-story residential skyscraper reaching 1,010 feet, a 57-story luxury hotel with rooftop amenities, and a 44-story mixed-use building with office spaces and retail shops.
  • Scale & Scope: More than 2 million square feet of mixed-use space is planned across the project, solidifying it as a game-changer for Miami’s urban landscape.
  • Design & Vision: With designs spearheaded by Arquitectonica and landscape architecture by Urban Robot Associates, the towers’ bold aesthetics blend form and function, paying homage to Miami’s vibrant topography and culture.
