Meet the Team

Ryan Cialdella

Chief Mission Critical and Decarbonization Officer

Ryan oversees Ozinga Mission Critical as well as Research and Development at Ozinga. Through Ryan’s work towards reducing embodied carbon emissions, his team developed a more sustainable line of building materials known as CarbonSense® and made it widely accepted in various types of applications. Ryan has over twenty years of industry experience including operations, research & development, and innovations in concrete. He has worked on data center projects with Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft, and was recognized by the National Ready Mix Concrete Association in 2024 as the Building Promoter of the Year.

Paul Winkle

Executive Vice President Mission Critical

Paul oversees the business development side for Ozinga Mission Critical. His main priority is to advance sustainable practices in construction by utilizing innovative ways to reduce embodied carbon in projects. With over 30 years of experience in concrete & building materials, he brings a unique understanding of the industry from both a sales and operations perspective. In his time at Ozinga, Paul has overseen several monumental projects including a record-breaking pour of over 9100 cubic yards delivered in less than 12 hours. This project was recognized as the 2024 Project of the Year by the Indiana Ready Mix Concrete Association.
