Ozinga Acquires RMB Concrete of Riviera Beach, FL
Mokena, IL – Construction materials company Ozinga, known for its red and white striped ready mix trucks, is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets of RMB Concrete, of Riviera Beach, FL. RMB had operated in Riviera Beach since 1971.
The agreement will expand Ozinga’s ready mix operations in South Florida to service Palm Beach, adding to its existing Florida locations in Davie, Doral, Miami Gardens, Deerfield Beach, and Miami as well as a shipping terminal at the Port of Palm Beach.
